PET POLICY
GENERAL INFORMATION
Small Pets 35lbs and below: $400 Pet Fee per pet + $25.00 Monthly Medium Pets 36lbs – 49lbs.: $400 Pet Fee per pet + $25.00 Monthly Pet Rent
Large Pets 50lbs. and above: $1000.00 Pet Fee per pet + $25.00 Monthly Pet Rent
Number of pets per household is determined by the number of bedrooms.
- 1-Bedroom Small 2 Pets or 1 Large Pet
- 2 & 3-Bedroom 3 Small Pets or 1 Large Pet
NO BREED RESTRICTIONS
Reptiles, Exotic Pets, and Farm Animals are not allowed
DOCUMENTATION
We require all pet owners to provide:
- A current Rabies License for all pets.
- A Statement from the Veterinarian stating the animal is not aggressive and has never bit anyone is anyone.
This documentation is required prior to moving in, renewing a current lease, or adding a pet to a current lease agreement. A copy will be made and become a permanent part of your lease records.
Disclaimer: The property reserves the right to deny any pet that is deemed aggressive or has a history of fighting.
